Olá!
Quem tem muitos vernizes na sua colecção vai certamente entender... o verniz que vos trago hoje estava na gaveta à um ano... ou mais! E por muita que fosse a vontade de o usar, a verdade é que ele era sempre protelado...

Hi boys and girls!
Those of you who have lots and lots of nail polish will understand me... The polish I bring you today was in my drawer for a year... or more! And for as much as I wanted to try it on, truth is, other polishes always got in the way...

Kiko | Duochrome - 396 Bright Peacock

Um minutinho só para apreciar a beleza deste Kiko, e para eu chorar baba e ranho porque estou cheia de saudades da neve...

Let's take a minute to enjoy the beauty of this nail polish and to let me cry, because I really miss the snow...



Ora bem... este verniz, pretence a uma colecção limitada da Kiko que, infelizmente, já não se encontra disponível para venda, mas existem alguns dupes deste verniz: Flormar - DC05, Sephora Mody Woman (mais azulado), China Glaze Unpredictable, Missha Crystal Polish HGR01, H&M Lady Luck (verde mais escuro)...

This Kiko polish is from a limited edition that, unfortunately is no longer available in stores, but there are some dupes of this nail polish available in other brands: Flormar - DC05, Sephora Mody Woman (more blue), China Glaze Unpredictable, Missha Crystal Polish HGR01, H&M Lady Luck (the green is deeper)...




Este verniz varia entre o verde e o azul... embora a transição não seja muito notória! Na verdade ele tem um tom verde lagarto metalizado na maioria das vezes! Mas o que eu mais adoro é mesmo os glitters holos minúsculos que ele possui e que o tornam maravilhoso ao sol!

This nail polish variates between green and blue... but the transition is not really noticeable! True is he is more a metallic lizard green! But I really love the color and the fact that he has micro holo glitter that shines like crazy in the sun!



Apliquei duas camadas para o efeito das fotos!
Durou nas minhas unhas cerca de 5 dias. :)

 I applied two easy coats for the effect you see on the pics. 
It lasted about 5 days on my naisl! :)

Getting Fit... Again | The Beginning Of The Problem

Hey guys! Todays post is going to be a lot of talking... and not much else... I thought I would tell you a little bit about me and the struggles that I had/have with my weight. When I was younger I was very thin... not anorexic thin or anything like that... but I had a good figure and a toned body! I did a lot of sport: I started ballet classes when I was only 3 years old and that was quickly followed by swimming lessons. I wasn't a hyperactive child, but I was always moving around, climbing trees, racing my friends, dancing,... I wasn't staying at home playing Nintendo or PS, that was just not me. As the years went by I started drama lessons... And then I left ballet and started gymnastics, and then I changed gymnastics for volleyball and then I quit volleyball (basically because I played for the school team and I changed schools) and went to the gym and kept my swimming lessons... I was always very active and loved doing sports (specially because I'm very competitive...
