Olá!
O meu aniversário já passou à muito, muito tempo, mas só agora é que vos venho mostrar as unhas que usei neste dia tão especial... porquê? Porque eu não sabia das fotos...

My b-day was long, long ago, but only now I'm going to show you the combination I used in this special day... why? Because I had lost the photos and just found them...

Essence | Free Hugs  & Kinetics | Drink for Free


Estas fotos ainda foram tiradas com a câmara antiga, pelo que não têm tanta definição... mas não podia deixar de partilhar convosco.

This photos were taken with my old photograph machine, so the quality is not so good... but I couldn't not show you guys this.



O Essence | Free Hugs é um rosinha do mais fofo que há! Já há muito tempo que o queria usar e achei que o meu aniversário seria mesmo a altura ideal para o fazer!

Essence | Free Hugs is a baby pink polish that is so cute! I have been wanting to use it for a very long time and I thought that my B-day was the perfect occasion to do it! 




Para uma cobertura perfeita este verniz necessitou de apenas duas camadas finas. Uma camada grossa também já faz o trabalho...
A aplicação é simples, sendo que o verniz não escorre, nem mancha ao aplicar.
A secagem é rápida e a remoção dos excessos é bastante simples.

For a perfect coverage this nail polish needed two thin layers, though one thick layer would also do the job. 
The application is very easy, because the nail polish doesn´t stain or drip. The drying is fast and the excesses are easily removed.





O Kinetics | Drink for Free (hoje é tudo de graça...) é um verniz de glitter de base transparente e com glitters matt roxos e brancos de várias dimensões.
Apliquei apenas uma camada nos dedos anelar e médio. A concentração de glitters é bastante boa e não há necessidade de "pescá-los".

 Kinetics | Drink for Free (today everything is free) is a glittery polish with a clear base and purple and white matt glitters.
I applied only one coat to the ring and middle finger. The glitter concentration is very good and we don't have the need to "fish" the glitters from the bottle.

Getting Fit... Again | The Beginning Of The Problem

Hey guys! Todays post is going to be a lot of talking... and not much else... I thought I would tell you a little bit about me and the struggles that I had/have with my weight. When I was younger I was very thin... not anorexic thin or anything like that... but I had a good figure and a toned body! I did a lot of sport: I started ballet classes when I was only 3 years old and that was quickly followed by swimming lessons. I wasn't a hyperactive child, but I was always moving around, climbing trees, racing my friends, dancing,... I wasn't staying at home playing Nintendo or PS, that was just not me. As the years went by I started drama lessons... And then I left ballet and started gymnastics, and then I changed gymnastics for volleyball and then I quit volleyball (basically because I played for the school team and I changed schools) and went to the gym and kept my swimming lessons... I was always very active and loved doing sports (specially because I'm very competitive...
