To close up this week, I bring a review on a product that left me really curious on it's launch a couple months ago! I'm talking about the Insta Blur Primer by The Body Shop!
Mal este primer saiu eu corri a uma loja TBS e pedi para experimentar o dito! Na altura estava a decorrer uma campanha e a funcionária da loja fez-me uma maquilhagem flash, usando este primer, mas também usando o novo BBcream de Tea Tree (ora bolas abelha....). A maquilhagem durou o dia todo intacta, mas fiquei sem saber se o mérito era do primer ou do BBcream (já agora TBS, o BBcream light continua a ser muito escuro e alaranjado para a minha pele).
Assim sendo acabei por ir à loja e pedi uma amostra de forma a poder testar o primer com a minha base normal.
When this primer first arrived to the stores I was crazy to try it out! They were doing a launching campaign in the stores so I was able to try out the primer as well as other recent launches. The girl in the store gave me a flash makeup look using the primer... but she also used the Tea Tree BBcream on me... So I wasn't able to figure out either it was the primer or the BBcream that insure my makeup to last all day long! I was hopping it wasn't the BBcream, because even the fair shade was to dark and orangy for me! So I went back to the store and ask for a sample, so I could try it out with my normal foundation routine.

A TBS promete que este produtos actua de 5 formas:
Ele amacia a pele... mas não reduz a aparência dos poros! Creio que o faria se tivesse cor, uma vez que ao aplicar a base a nossa face fica de facto mais lisa.
Não esconde borbulhas nenhumas... Nem uniformiza a cor da pele! Eu tenho rosácea e não vi nenhuma melhora nesse sentido! Neste caso, apenas um primer verde faria efeito.
Sim, prolonga a durabilidade da maquilhagem... no meu caso por controlar a oleosidade! Creio que o controlo da oleosidade é o único factor que se cumpre neste primer e sinceramente acho-o demasiado caro para o produto que é! Eu comprei-o e na altura fiquei bastante satisfeita com a minha compra, pois ainda não tinha achado um primer que me ajudasse nessa área.. mas agora achei um que faz o mesmo efeito e por um quarto do preço!

TBS claims that this primer acts in 5 steps:
It smooths the skin, but doesn't reduce the appearance of pores! I think that if it was tinted, maybe. Because when we apply the base the skin looks flawless.
It doesn't hide the blemishes, nor does even out the skin tone. My skin suffers from rosacea and I didn't notice any improvement in that area. Maybe with a green tint primer.
Yes, it does extend the makeup duration. In my case because it controls the oils, but for me this is the only aspect that this primer is good in! I bought it, and I was very happy with my purchase because I still hadn't found any primer that would help me in this area. But now I found another primer that does exactly the same job for a quarter of the money!

- Complexion unifying, for an even skin tone;
- Make-up extending, for fewer touch-ups during the day!
