Happy Feet | Misslyn 78

Olá!
Finalmente trago-vos mais uma pedicure! Pois é! Eu finalmente encontrei o meu milagre no que toca a fazer durar o verniz nas minhas unhas dos pés (para quem não sabe do que eu estou a falar, o verniz nas minhas unhas dos pés, nunca durava muito... uma semana, no máximo dos máximos!) mas isso vai ser assunto para um novo post!

Hi everybody!
I finally bring you guys a new pedicure! Yes! I finally found the miracle product that makes the polish last in my toes (if don't know what I'm talking about: the nail polish on my toes used to last no more than a week! And that was already a very long time...) but that it's gonna be subject to another post!

Não conhecia a marca Misslyn até ter ido à Suíça! Confesso que quando vi o nome da marca este me soou a marca chinesa eheheheh, mas a marca Misslyn é Alemã!
Este menino que vos mostro hoje, foi um presente que o meu love me trouxe de terras helvéticas quando veio cá passar as férias de Verão (miss you babe!).

I wasn't familiar with the brand Misslyn until I went to Switzerland! I must admit that the brand name, remembered me of a Chinese brand of some kind, but Misslyn is actually a German brand!
This polish was gave to me by my most loved boyfriend! That didn't forgot I must I love polishes when he came to visit me in his summer vacation (miss you babe!).

A colecção Velvet Diamond é constituída por 5 tons, todos eles com acabamentos Sugar e Sand! Este azulinho é o número 78 (não tem nome) e tem um acabamento Sand, lindíssimo que me faz lembrar imenso o Tiffanys Case da OPI!

The Velvet Diamond collectio is composed by 5 shades, all in sand and sugar finishes! This blue shade is the number 78 (no name) and it has a sand beautiful finish. It reminds me a lt of Tiffanys Case by OPI!




Este verniz surpreendeu-me em todos os aspectos!
Óptima fórmula, boa pigmentação, fácil de aplicar, secagem rápida e uma durabilidade... de 3 semanas!!!! Oh yeah!

This polish surprised me in every way!
The formula is great the pigmentation is very good, the drying time is very fast and the durability... 3 weeks!!! Oh yeah!


Façam de conta que não viram a caixinha de bolos ao fundo... eheheh

Getting Fit... Again | The Beginning Of The Problem

Hey guys! Todays post is going to be a lot of talking... and not much else... I thought I would tell you a little bit about me and the struggles that I had/have with my weight. When I was younger I was very thin... not anorexic thin or anything like that... but I had a good figure and a toned body! I did a lot of sport: I started ballet classes when I was only 3 years old and that was quickly followed by swimming lessons. I wasn't a hyperactive child, but I was always moving around, climbing trees, racing my friends, dancing,... I wasn't staying at home playing Nintendo or PS, that was just not me. As the years went by I started drama lessons... And then I left ballet and started gymnastics, and then I changed gymnastics for volleyball and then I quit volleyball (basically because I played for the school team and I changed schools) and went to the gym and kept my swimming lessons... I was always very active and loved doing sports (specially because I'm very competitive...
