Getting Fit... Again | The Beginning Of The Problem

Hey guys! Todays post is going to be a lot of talking... and not much else... I thought I would tell you a little bit about me and the struggles that I had/have with my weight. When I was younger I was very thin... not anorexic thin or anything like that... but I had a good figure and a toned body! I did a lot of sport: I started ballet classes when I was only 3 years old and that was quickly followed by swimming lessons. I wasn't a hyperactive child, but I was always moving around, climbing trees, racing my friends, dancing,... I wasn't staying at home playing Nintendo or PS, that was just not me. As the years went by I started drama lessons... And then I left ballet and started gymnastics, and then I changed gymnastics for volleyball and then I quit volleyball (basically because I played for the school team and I changed schools) and went to the gym and kept my swimming lessons... I was always very active and loved doing sports (specially because I'm very competitive...

Stir Fry Veggies With Chicken

Hello!! Today I bring you a new recipe and is one that I have been enjoying quite a lot! Why? Well because it's easy, it's healthy and it's super fast to do! I will be using my Tefal Actifry Espress Snacking for this one, but if you don't have it you can easily do this recipe in a frying pan (it will take the same measurements and roughly the same time to do it... the only thing you have to do it's stir it...) Ingredients and measurements (serves 2): Baby Snap Peas (125 gr) Brocolli (200gr) Red Bell Pepper (50gr) Mushrooms (125 gr) Chicken (or other meat of your liking) (200gr) Green Olives (5) Beer (2 TBSP) Olive Oil (2 TBSP) Fish sauce (1 tsp) Salt Garlic Powder You can try this recipe with other veggies and also go creative on the seasoning, I sometimes add paprika and sweet chili sauce! It taste delicious: If you want to see me doing this recipe live, click on play: Xoxo, Marta.

The Balm | Instain Blush In Lace

Hello lovelies: First of all I just want to apologize for the lack of posts and videos... But I really didn't got time to film or write posts lately. I'm expecting to go back on schedule next week, so fingers crossed! I started doing some reviews of older products. And by older I mean products that are not new in the stores and are still available. With that said, I think we all know the Instain blushes by The Balm. The Balm, is a very cool brand that has very good quality products, with one of the most appealing packagings on the market and that are available at a drugstore friendly price... although they are not available at the drugstore... at least not in Switzerland or Portugal. I already reviewed Argyle here on the blog and today I'm going to review Lace: The Balm | Instain Blush In Lace

The Balm | Instain Blush In Argyle

Hi guys! I decided to start making some reviews here on the blog (and sometimes on the channel as well) of products that are not new on the market or in my collection, by any means, but are still available and I want to share my thoughts about them with you! Feel free to comment down bellow your thoughts as well! Today I'm going to start with one of my Instain Blushes by The Balm! I'm a blush fan... and when I found The Balm blushes on sale on Maquilallia (a really long time) ago, I couldn't resist! So I bought them all! (what else is new??) Let's start by reviewing Argyle, shall we? The Balm | Instain Blush In Argyle

Decluttering My Makeup Stash | First Of 2017

Hello my loves! Recently I did a video telling you guys of a new project of mine. I decided to try all my makeup and rotate it (I have a tone of makeup but I always use the same thing... can you relate to me?). And in that process I will get rid of makeup that does not work for me, that I don't like, that doesn't look good on me,... you know the drill. To start with the right foot I decided to start with a little decluttering... Because I had somethings in my collection that I already knew that they didn't worked for me. Curious to see what I got ride off? Just press play! Oh... and Cookie appears too...

Too Faced Chocolate Soleil VS Milk Chocolate Soleil

Hey gorgeous! Has some of you might know, I'm a fair skin girl, so finding a bronzer that looks good on my skin is very hard and I have a cool undertone to my skin (and this is the most important factor) which makes it even harder to find good products that match my skin. When I first learn about Too Faced Chocolate Soleil bronzer, I really wanted to try it out... manly because it smelled like chocolate (obviously).  Too Faced Chocolate Soleil

Maybelline Dream Cushion Foundation

Hello everybody! New review here on the blog! The internet went wild, last year, with the cushion trend... And I have to say it took me forever to get on board with it. But finally I did and I have to say, that for everyday wear, nothing beats cushion/creamy products... they give the most natural/no makeup look. Has you guys might know, if you follow me on YouTube, I have been obsessed with the L'Oreal Cushion Foundation... but unfortunately I already used mine up. I debated whether or not to repurchase it and I'm still debating... but in the meantime I thought I would try a new release from Maybelline: Maybelline Dream Cushion Foundation
