Hello everyone!
Today's post is kinda of a two in one! Ready?
Do you guys remember the video I did about my Wholesalebuying haul? No?? No biggie, you can see it here.
Anyway, if you saw it, you saw that I bought some cute and oh so breath taking rhinestones. So today I'm going to show you the mani (and a little surprise at the end) I did using them.
I love Brazilian polishes... but I do notice that theses brands have the tendency to go bad quicker than EU or US brands... Don't know why.
Since a year ago I just have been craving metallic/foiled polishes! And these two colors hit the spot.
Two layers are enough for a perfect coverage, though this polish does apply stricky, so I do advise using a sponge to apply the top layer if you want a smooth finish... If you are like me and don't mind some stripes... just apply normally.
I used both rhinestones in this nail art (the clear and the black ones), and has you can see, though they looked really pretty on the wheel, once I put a TC on, the Duochrome just vanished...
In the black ones you can still see a little bit of color change, but the crystal ones, just look clear...
So when applying theses rhinestones bare in mind that if you want that gorgeous shift no TC must be added.
And lastly, the surprise at the end...
I did also a makeup using these rhinestones. If you follow me on my Instagram, you already saw this baby!! I loved it a lot!
It's a perfect makeup for a night party, and I'm definitely going to wear it again.
